So I stole a Horse outside of Cryodiil, got caught and rode off into the sunset. Rode to a farmer's house, got off the horse. Chatted with him got a quest, and got back on, and he attacked me! No realism there at all IMO. Whats more annoying than Psychic Guards?: viligante farmers wielding axes, that's what.

I think you may be able to find a number of mods by now that can fix this. Go to elderscrolls.com and check out the Oblivion Mods section. I haven't actually downloaded one yet but I'm considering it.

when you steal a horse it's best to sneak back on after getting off ..because you're stealing it again ...I thought this stuff was kinda obvious

Well yeah the concept is obvious but in applying it to the situation is makes no sense. How would a secluded farmer out in the middle of nowhere know that I stole a horse in the capital city?. I know the system all to well, and how to avoid it. I was merely speaking in the context of that one situation. Please explain the realism of it?. Let me reiterate, vigilante/psychic farmers are not realistic!.

maybe he saw the horse's brand ..how else would you identify a horse ..it;s not a deal breaker for me ..I stole it so it's a risk I take every time I get back on it ...they really need to add mounted combat it'll make annoying farmers with pitchforks less of a nuisance :E

Perhaps the Farmer was a horse whisperer? ;)

It's no longer a problem for me, stealing horses without getting caught is quite simple. Also, who really needs to steal horses when you have that priest's horse from Chorrol?. Unless it gets attacked by wolves that is *sigh*

Or if you accidentally kill it by jumping off a waterfall :upstare:

Dammit. This has nothing to do with the subject matter, but it bothers me. When you use punctuation, only use one character. Dont do any weird "?." or "!."

Shadowmare wtf!?
I took the liberty of fixing your statement, I think this more represents what you meant to say. Or at least what I was hoping you'd say. :dork:

lmao, I've done that to. As a general rule, all horses in the game should be demi-gods and invincible!

This isn't english class, my punctuation is how I please. As long as it isn't grossly incoherent, it doesn't matter.

Pfft, who steals horses? Shadowmare ftw

My Shadowmare disapeared. I went into a dungeon and when I came back out it was gone. I know it couldn't of died, becouse I've watched it fight before, it just gets knocked out like quest NPC's. I checked all the stables and I just can't find it. I have to walk every where now...
