im getting annoyed here....theres 3 laser beams here....i cant get around them...i cant shoot them...i dont see a switch to turn them off...i stay behind the cars but when the beams see me im dead....why do they make things hard...i just wanna play not get mad here

How difficult is it to stay crouched? As long as you stay crouched behind cover (this is easy as there's cover all the way to the side of the building containing the autogun) the guns can't hit you.
This is the solution: starting at the pipe under the road that leads to the danger zone.
Enter. Crawl behind the car wrecks to the right, throw a grenade to disable turret in the corner, continue. Reach cover of van next to window, break window, use grenades to flush out waiting soldiers, attack them and kill them, continue through the back doors of another van wreck, crawl across the yard behind the car wrecks, shooting any headcrabs or zombies that get in your way. Staying crouched, continue crawling behind the car wrecks until you reach the right side of the building containing the autogun emplacement. The autoguns cannot see you here, so you can move freely, climb the truck parked next to the building to get onto the roof. Throw grenades through the second story windows to neutralize the troopers inside, go inside, press button next to autogun machinery, drop grenade inside, complete.
