The map editor...where is it ?!

Hi

I'm new to mapping and was just wondering how to get started...and where i can find the actual map editor...ive looked in all the folders but i dont even know what it looks like !

Left-click on Steam tray icon.
Select "Games".
Click on the "Tools" tab.
Double-click on "Source SDK".
