The new TF2 look

WOW I am in love with this new look...Can anyone give me some ideas of how to
maybe go about coding this up for my own project? Or perhaps what kind of technology I'd have to understand? THanks.

You'll need to learn how to model, how to texture, how to animate, how to code in C++...
 
Ahh so basically, they used different models and textures. I was thinking it had some kind of new rendering done in addition.
 
Well it does have a newer shader (by the looks of it). But I'm sure they will add that to Source when TF2 is actually released.
