Do any of those phrases, that i hear in the game actually have a meaning?

What i mean:

1.LG ORBIFOLD. Kleiner says: "Let's see, the massless field flux should self-limit and I've clamped the manifold parameters to CY-Base(?) and LG ORBIFOLD...Hilbert inclusive...", when he is warming up the teleporter.

What does LG orbifold mean? Theres a soundtrack named LG orbifold too.

2.Calabi-Yau (model). Mossman says this, when she is taking you to Eli: "Eli thinks their portals are string based, similar to our CALABI-YAU model".

What does Calabi-Yau mean?

Calabi is a type of teleport calculation:

Calabi-yau is a shape. When people talk about extra dimensions, the ten dimensions, six of them might be folded up into a calabi-yau shape.

Orbifold is short for orbit manifold. I'm not entirely sure, but I think in this case, with relation to the calabi-yau manifold, it's talking about a fixed point in space. They're connected somehow...the G stands for isometries, which is a map between objects. Not sure, though.

I do not pay attention to scifi technobabble, even if it is taken from actual science journals, unless the writer has a physics degree.

But it is nice that they didn't just make shit up.
