Even though I'm a noob myself and wouldn't have been able to register under this rule, I'm for it. There's a difference between an established set of friends making fun of each other and others just being idiotic. There've been a lot of 'uneducated' and downright stupid posts lately, I cant help but think that limiting or restricting registration during the glow of a release would decrease the amount of wasteful posts.
