This is my answer as well; Half-Life 2 isn't just concentrated on any of that, all of it together will be what makes the game so great(as was mentioned in the reviews). That is, I assume the game will be great

None of them really tbh...sure the physics will be fun and the facial expressions also but it will be less than a week before "its just a face, moving about"(to me anyway). I'm more looking forward to just the gameplay and the urge to carry on playing it till the end, which not many games can do for me.

I'm excited about it all, but I the one thing i'm completely eager to find out is the plot.

I voted for the plot. I couldn't care less if this game was done in the orginal engine as long as I find out what has happened.

Of course the new engine and physics model are much appreciated Valve but all that is just window dressing when it comes to story telling. I would even be happy with the entire game being made into a novel as well at the end of HL3 (or whenever the story finishes)

Heh every option you guys listed is in ULTIMATE HALF LIFE POLE P2 . Even the option of I cant decide I like them all . Im not exactly sure how to add more options like you suggested since the cap is 10. Except for make to threads, whhich is what I did .

Those are hard choices,for me, I am looking forward to the whole package.But if I had to nail down an answer I would have to say the story,you have to have a well thought out story or how will you be able to stay emersed and believe everything thats going on around you?.

Thats one of the main things that made half-life so popular a convincing,interesting storyline that you really follow,and want to see what will transpire next,something that to this day has yet to be bettered by the other Half-life pretenders.
