Unlocking question

Ok i am in mountain time and i was just curious what time HL2 will unlock for me. i also was curious if anyone knew approxamatly(sp?) how big the unlokc file/files might be.

Well here in Nyc it unlocks at 3 am east.

12 west
2 am. central
3 am. east
