I think it's just some guy who wants to beta test and help with skinning, EA probably has nothing to do with it, only that he works for EA canada.

lets see, thats obviously master cheif there, you got an elite, thats probably a warthog, halo script, a reference to the Covenant on the about page, yeah, thats Halo, cool if you make it any good.
Btw, in that about page, this is the "Solar System" Not "Sol System" The sun is good ol' Sol.

Well, I'd say say he's a guy who thinks your mod has potential, and he's willing to help. To prove to you that he's not an average Joe who's a bit bit tipsy, he points out that he's worked with EA.

If you need a skinner/QA, ask him for a portfolio and explain that you're greatful for his offer, but that it's on no-pay basis.
