What happens when we find out about GMAN

Hopefully we don't ever find out fully who or what the G-man is. It'd kind of ruin the whole conspiracy/mystery thing that Valve have got going for him.

To fully understand the G-Man you have to understand the context he is in. If/when we understand his context there will be so much going on (the Half-Life universe is much bigger than what we have seen) that I don't think understanding the G-Man would bother me.

I think Valve make an open ending. Gman will talk a lot and he wont reveal who hired him

I hope we never find out who the G-Man is. It's fun to speculate, but I don't ever want to know for sure.

In fact, I hope Valve expand on the 'Mystery' factor about him - Make him more peculiar, and more enticing to really find out who the heck he is. Is he an alien? Is he human? Is he part of a top secret organization or government? Is he Gordon's Grand Father?

That's what makes it great! No ones right, and no ones wrong about who they think the G-Man is when they speculate about him. Thats part of the great experience of Half-Life. 'You' are Gordon Freeman, and 'You' think and know for yourself who the G-Man is to you.

yeah, valve'l tell us bits and peices about his backround, but very subtly (i like that word. subtle. its fun ).
