So i installed Half Life 2 and all of its updates, but i cant figure out how to play single player without having to get on the net first and logging into that damn steam account. Whenever i restart my comp i have to connect to the internet and do this. Can someone please help me and tell me what to do!!!

yes do what puzzle said but u need to disconnect the internet cable from ur computer to do it

Yes, i did that crap...but when i look at the game under the "play games" pull down it says it is at 99%. Did my comp just not download the updates fully or some crap like that? Its really starting to piss me off.
