wouldnt the pqi be better for overclocking and for future proof?

and i have a question if you do have it and your motherboard only supports ddr400mhz ram would it downclock to that? thanks

I have never heard of PQI. If I were you I would go with the Corsair its good memory. The Corsair will most likely overclock higher than PQI since its higher quality even though Corsair is 3200 and PQU is 3500. And if you get the PQI it will downclock to DDR400 but when you overclock you shoudl have no problem getting it up to PC3500 speed.
