When will mods come out?

Half life 2 is awesome and all, but it's just single player, and CS source sucks and all.. (no offense to those who like it) So when are they going to start releasing some mods? i know that they probably dont have the full sdk source, but is that keeping them from finishing? does anyone have a good gestimate of when some killer hl2 mods are set for release?

There is a list at the web [ http://www.halflife.pexgames.com/games/halflife2/mods/index.html.en ] which features release dates. But they are not very precisly. I expect the first total conversions to be released around april 2005.

and the freelance mods will come out when the sdk dose.

Decent MODs should start comming out sometime around March or so.
