ive seen him only twice other than the times u are obviously suposed to see him

once was on the water hazzard level where he is standing on a peir over the water

2ndly i saw him in nova prospect on one of the cctv screen, when flicking through the chanels. whilst your bugs kill people in the background.,.

His feet walking under the trains in one of the first levels
seeing him on a smell tv that the lamba team with vortigraunt was watching
Standing on pier on lake level
Walking around sunset at lake level
talking to a citizen while viewing from benoculars in coast
on another small tv that is lying on the rubble in nova prospect
on the combine security camera on nova prospect
on the building rubble menu i think gman is walking by the window
after dog beats the crap out of the combine tank on anticitizen one, the rubble thats by the citadel has a small tv too playing weird music

just spoted him on the canel level, b4 you get to the large harbour area where u have to blow up the container to get through the barier and over ramp... he is stood on one of the bridges over the canel
