Where is the Gman?

I've been playing for 8 hours now, and I have only see the GMan once (in the boat yard), am I just missing him? I know in the leak he was supposed to be in Ravenholm as well, but I haven't seen him there either.

The strategy guide points him out loads, Ive only seen him twice though :/

Ive seen him Three or 4 times, sometimes you have to look through the suit zoom.

Didn't see him in Ravenholm, but he appears from time to time. Hmm, I think I only seen him 3 times.

I always thought he would be a more central character. Only seen him 3 times outside the intro. I'm on Chapter 9 only though ;(
