where is the hl2 music located??

where is it? i would like to take the songs and use them in some videos. with the old half life you could just pop your cd in a cd player and listen to it....

would someone please tell me where these music files might be located for hl2?

You can't extract the music, only way to accuire it would be either upgrade to the gold package or buy the soundtrack seperate.

Do a search on the forums for GCFScape. A nice tool for extracting things from the game cache files (which contain textures, sounds, maps and other assorted goodies).

yup you can just extract them all with that program..
