Which HL2 CountDown timer is right ?

i shot this screenshot 12 minutes ago, u see that the two timers in the browser are showing the same time but the one on my desktop wall paper shows a different one, which one is right ?

i live in slovenia and we are in the GMT + 1 timezone and if i calculate the time(from the online timers) i should be getting the game at midnight from 15 to 16 november, but isnt that a bit strange that i get it when its midnight here at GMT + 1 ??

GMT+1 (like me) will get the game at 9AM (morning)

because Valve is GMT-8, it's a 9 hours difference with us!

i thought so, but even so, the timer on my desktop is off by 20 minutes :-\ thats so weird

maybe valve should make an official online counter that would show the correct time
