Who would you cast in L4D2 The Movie?

I know that people aren't really all that impressed with the new player characters, but who, if you had the choice would you cast in a Hollywood movie?

My cast based on looks and/or acting

Nick the Conman: John Cusack
Rochelle the Reporter: Halle Berry
Coach... the coach: Samuel L. Jackson (with some added pounds)
Ellis the Mechanic: Anton Yelchin (only guy I could think of)

I'm just curious to see what actors people associate with certain characters. I'm not saying that there should be a movie made (Uwe Boll would probably get his hands on it, and we'd have to kill him and his family).
