i have a wierd mouseproblem... My english is poor so i will try to be clear as possible. When playing counter-strike 1.6 etc.. my mouse works absolutley fine BUT when i am playing CS:s or Half-Life2 i get "mouse freeze" when moving around in the sametime. WHen i am standing still my mouse works PERFECT. Have anyone had simliar problem before and have solved this? please respond or do anyone know how to solve this without any st*pid quote "buy a new mouse" ... it is new..

My mouse is a Microsoft Intelli Mouse 4.0 .

Thanks

Is this a wireless mouse? Is it USB or PS/2? If it's USB, how many other USB devices do you have plugged in and what are they?

That's a strange issue, but could be caused by other USB devices stealing resources that the mouse needs for Source games.

No it is not a wireless mouse, Yes i have tried it on a PS2 to and the same problem comes. i have just a webcam . The isue is that when i move forward and turning around with the mouse in the same time it stops etc, mouse laser is responding fine. When i am standing still and moving around the mouse so is it no problem with the mouse. It just happends when i walk forward, strafe etc.. the mouse works fine in other FPS games. I dunno but can it be my display drivers or something to? u name it.

i have tried it with a mx500 mouse to brand new and same problem..
