Windowed mode movement

Hey guys. I need help. I have a game in windowed mode, and its taking up the middle of the screen. I can't seem to find a way to drag the window to a different part of the screen that is more convienient for me.

Any suggestions?

Its part of the programming of that window. They programmed it to be like that.

There are many windows like that. They are usually windows that require a response before you can proceed. I hate those windows. LET ME MOVE U. sometimes you need to check a window underneath to see what it says and you can't.
