The widest flat sides are the rear end of the chopsticks; they should be apart when you're grabbing stuff.
There's no real FM method of using chopsticks. You have to keep using them until it comes to you naturally. You might want to hold them nearer to the rear end because that way you won't have to use to much... "finger-strength".
It's hard to learn, anyways. I had to use a spork until I was in the 5th grade because I was so bad at using chopsticks.
I'm usually pretty clean with my supplements. Regular whey protein and amino acids with the exception of a nitric oxide pre-workout supplement. Helps with those days you're not feeling like doing much. After you take it, the feeling you get afterwards helps very much with motivation. It's more for weight lifting, however, the increase of natural testosterone you'll receive after a couple months of weights, aids in overall health and wellness, so long as it's kept within reasonable amounts.
re: image dump, I'm in pretty much the same position as you. Half the time I was just grabbing an amusing image off reddit to post a comment, but everyone was doing that so whatever. Just fed up with people saying it sucks and then posting goddamn porn or something as though to prove a point. "Well it's gonna end up like that eventually anyway!" Yeah, thanks to you, moron.
Never said I liked the rule either, just bugs me when people act like they own the forum and the mods are all power tripping assholes or something.
