I called tech support in January for some problems, every single answer (I had to call aout 10 times) was from India, for 3 different companies too.

Most tech support has been outsourced to India, Jangle. Call with a computer hardware question or something and there's like a 4/5 chance you'll get a call center in India. Hence the song!
