I've taken a very strong interest in creating tileable textures again, but I have a question. I am using Adobe PhotoShop CS2 and I am wondering if there is a way to make the mouse go to the other side when exiting on a certain side. Think about the game "Asteroids", how when you moved your ship down to the bottom of the screen and it went off into space, it reapeared at the top of the screen. I also believe Wally has this feature, but I find it way to restrictive. I hope you guys understand what I am trying to achieve.

You should change your method of making tilable textures instead.

Go to Filter-> Other-> Offset
Check the Wrap Around option, and input a horizontal and vertical value of 1/2 the dimensions of your image. So if your image is 512x512, use 256.

If you notice any places that don't match up, correct those spots with your Airbrush or clone tool or healing brush or whatever you like.

You don't need mouse wrap.

Because I hand paint my textures. It would be a lot easier, as you would just automatically obtain a tileable texture, without offset, or anything of that sort.
