Yes, Im a HL2DM Server n00b. So please help.

I have a steam dedicated server up and running for a few days ok.
But;
1. Where do I put the server.cfg, and does somebody have a sample file I can use please ?
2. Where is the option to create Team Deathmatch ? I only have Normal deathmatch and CSS.
3. I have managed to get vehicles to appear and work on maps, but not the models within them. Any ideas ?

I thank you in advance for your (obvious to you) help.
