Yet Another Problem

I've been playing in this server now for the past 3 days. Today when i tried to connect its telling me that after 4 retrys i cannot connect. i dont kno what that means. and i sure as hell dont kno how to fix it. all the other servers work fine but it figures the one server i wanna play will not work. can anyone please help me out.

thats what i thought until i got on the clans vent and they were all playing?
