you can be as careful as you want, you're always going to be at risk from something...its just a matter of being in the wrong place at the wrong time sometimes. i'm staying away from smoking and drugs aswell but i honestly think i won't be able to DEAL with shit the older i get. i'm finding it pretty hard now
