Actually, you don't even have to install it on the second computer. Just install Steam, log in and start preloading while you play.

I don't know whether to laugh or to cry... I didn't even read the readme, I just unzipped everything into the SourceMods-folder (*hint hint*) and started steam. Lo and behold, there was the name of the mod, right there in the Steam Games menu. Could it be any easier?
