WTF is a fan site kit?

I've done some mapping for the original CS, so I have a rough idea of what I am doing; but with Hammer for Source I can't get the lighting to work correctly. I have no errors and no leaks, but when I place the light entity the map is still full bright. Any help?

What's the bet that this mod lasts no longer than 1 month in development before the makers get board of it? You seem to prefer posting the same screenshots over and over again and getting praise from board members to developing the game.

That film and HL2 are based on the novel 1984.

I put them all at the back of one of the prison cells and hid behind them; none of the combine got past. Watch out for the combine using barrels as shields though!
