Iam busy with it 2 days and here is a result so far:

Cool, though his legs a little wierd... too short. But the rest of him is good.
 
Yeah, I agree with that, and also... didnt/dont they wear their boots on the outside of their pants?
 
The face is really good but the body is full of problems which is just going to make the animation of the guy really hard. There is very little geomatry set out on the joints (nees/elbows) to alow them to bend corretly without losing any mass or shape.
 
The standard joints of the human body need better replicating so that when attaching to an animation skeleton you can assign good vertex points. At the moment there too grid/straight like, and won't work very well.
