what does "foxtrot uniform" in opposing force mean? it would be "fu" in code letters, but what does it mean?

F.uck You?

Or maybe it just sounds cool :/

foxtrot could be a kind of a dance, a submarine class, the spelling for the letter F in the NATO phonetic alphabet or a comic strip, but non of these make sense for a level's name...

Foxtrot, Uniform, Charlie, Kilo.

That would make more sense.

But I don't get this.

PENIOS?

It's probably just an "eff you". Consider the context of the level, what happens?

worst part of opposing force was in those sewers fighting those god damn instant kill pink things.

It's military lingo for F*cked Up. It's around the time Black Ops take over Black Mesa.
