The Characters: Hordon Freeman (a ghost), Master Chef, Dr. Ezekiel Kleiner, Sargento Johnson, G-man, an alien (Xen creature?)

You need to format it.

You also need to replace all those question marks with double quotations. You must of used a custom font or something.

ya i copy and pasted it from word, into here. Font = Times New Roman. I gotta format it too.
