so i propose we all pitch in and make a half life 2 mod with half life 1.
completely steam free, and we can make the ending so that it hastily and clumsily answers all the questions that were ever asked in the half life series. "who is the g-man?" he is a cosmetics salesman. "who are the combine?" they are canadians. oh yea, and it turns out gordon is the g-man's son after all. well, hope that answers everything.

so, in conclusion, stop posting "big dissapoinment" and "ending sucked" because you suck. yes, you.

If the ending did answer these questions like who is gordon, who are the combine and g-man, who wins the battle...

Would that really maek the ending better? It doesnt change the experience at all if these questions are answered, cuz then yur just left with an answer that most likely will not make a huge difference in the end
