Some Western European countries are getting serious about transporting consumer goods through automated subterranean networks ? introducing a fifth transport mode next to road, rail, air and water. This rare combination of low-tech sense and high-tech knowledge could lead to a further economic growth without destroying the environment and the quality of life.

I hope Al Gore gets in at an early stage to make sure it's developed as well as the interwebs.

Err, if it's powered by electricity...man they just need to make stuff bicycle powered, give people jobs too, like in the third world countries.

People, as force-creating engines, are far less efficient than machinery or electronics. If everything were bicycle-powered, we'd save on electricity costs but the worldwide demand for food and water would skyrocket and the agriculture industry would completely collapse.

Wait a second, a while ago Futurama was spelled correctly in this post. Did you edid it only to add the error in?
Odd, when I read his post I didn't notice the error, only until you corrected it. Maybe you overlooked it the first time too, and only noticed it after a second glance.

Perhaps I may have been wrong.

Also, it is rape. Is is.

I don't think truck drivers will like this that much.

but who cares about truck drivers. This sounds cool.

^lmfaotubes.

The only alternatives is VERY areodynamically streamlined trucks that look like Concord jets.
