I pretty much agree, as you'll see in the coming Hl2.net review. Great review, I think. I disagree on the Hunters, though; I may have found them great, visceral enemies, but they were too easy with the Gravity Gun, I think.

It’s like a perfectly constructed sentence. You likely don’t notice a perfectly constructed sentence, just won full off mistakes.
I suppose that's meant to be irony...?

But yeah, good review.

Well written review. Verbosity is not something I abhor in the English language.

Well, as a player who completed "Neighborhood Watch" on Hard, I have to say the hunters have fearsome aim, and without orbs, rockets, physics and the car, you're kind of ****ed when trying to take them down with conventinal weaponry. Wastes precious time.

Though I'm still up to the challenge of taking one or two with the pistol ;)

Bloody brilliant review. I agree on pretty much everything said there.

RPS is quickly becoming a favourite of mine :D

I agree with John Walker when he mentions that Episode 2 is "Always on the move".

I also felt that tasks were less repetitive and that every bit was indeed fresh and had me feeling everything was genuine. Except for one thing, in the Antlion tunnels, we often encounter parts where we fight against workers. But, to me they seem as if they were awaiting us, instead of working within what is supposed to be their natural environment. I was hoping to walk into a cavern and seeing worker antlions coming from burrows above into the tunnel links toward to central area of the colony, carrying foods and supplies; something natural.
