Ok, so basically i was trolling the net and chanced upon this website www.adial.co.uk , it is basically a free dial address with password. Now i havnt had the chance to try this, so i offer no garuntee. However this could mean that all those who dont have an internet subsciption, could simply plug their phone line into their pc provideing they have a modem and activate it.
Good luck people and i really hopw this works for you people who cant activate.
Oh and you people with friends who cant activate are gona need to tell them about this, considering they obviously dont have the net.
<edit> and remember guys with the right cables your mobile phone can be a modem, if you really dont have any contact with the outside world and have no phone ¬_¬
