ok, when i do these, for some guns it messes up.

I can hear the gun reload by other people, as loud as if I am reloading.

has anyone else had this problem, and more importantly, how can I fix it?

thanks

ummm i dont know how to fix ur problem...but are u really albino?
EDIT: i find it weird that adding a customs skin messes up ur sound. ur just changing the texture...unless u've messed with some other stuff. :|

i highly doubt changing the skins has effect the volume of the reload sound lol. but more importantly, are you really an albino?

no, im just pretty white :)

n it messes up for my mates too

Its really annoying and ruins the skins tbh

so you saying that u get the texture on the gun and everything. compile the gun with the texture. or u extract the gun texture and use that as a reference to make your custom skin. then u get it working but changing the skin has effected the volume of the sound for the reloading animation. that doesnt make any sence to me.

right

i get a custom skin, I instal it, it all works fine.
BUT
I can hear everyone reloading that gun, no matter wher i am, as load as if I am erloading it.

hmm isnt that good if the bad guys reloading like around the corner? lol just messing. no i dont know why ur getting sound errors with custom SKINS. weird.

it is wierd indeed

a few of my mates have had this problem as well, so it cant be so uncommon.

what game is this for? maybe u should try other forums. it might be the skin itself(which i highly doubt). yeah...i'm not to sure about the process from getting a custom skin working. we need a professional here. :|

i have the opposite .. ive been doing a few sounds for my mod and i pop them into cs to test them but they dont play ingame :S . weird is there a specific compression type that it needs to be ? coz the normal wav doesnt work for me.
