Adding new ragdoll models - Help!

I've downloaded a model pack because I want some new ragdolls. Where and how do I place the files? Help would be appreciated.

I know, I probably should know this, but I don't know a lot about Gmod, and I haven't ever downloaded new things for a Source game.
