Addons Are Not Working

1st off:Is it true or not that to add somthing (like the Door Stool) to Gmod, you put it in the addons folder.

If its true:Why isnt it working? I put somthing in, go in to Gmod, and.....nothing. Help.

If its not true: Where the f*** do I put it?

i have g mod 10 because o the 45 degree angle you can do with phys gun

Hey, are you sure that you extracted to the right place, because in the long run you extract to /garrysmod/addons I think. Are you using winrar or winzip? I wonder. This happened to me, so try uninstalling the addon, then reinstalling.

Have you read aa file called "ReadMe"? These almost always tell you how to install.

Because i love you and read your thread at feedback. I wrote this comment.

ok to business, Open up your addon. Anything that says materials instead of addon, dump the contents into the materials folder, Models into models folder, addons into addons folder.
