Am I Hardcore?

Most people I've heard say they need to turn there difficulty sliders up, but ever since I bought Oblivion my slider is straight to the right (As high as it can go).

So does that make me hardcore?!

BTW, I have to wear stuff for some quests, like when you infiltrate the Mythic Dawn place, I need to put on a robe...

Actually with the Oblivion scaling system, the game doesn't actively get harder as you progress, and if you don't level it'll likely get easier since you'll 'outgrow' your enemies.

Also with Conjuration and using all that excess money to train / spells, I think it's feasible to pull off.

If you can make out with another guy for 10 minutes and do the first quest in under 10 minutes on most difficult slider while wearing nothing(in-game and out), in the middle of a park with tons of people around........then my friend... you are hardcore.

You can refuse to wear the robe and slaughter everyone. Use your fists, potions, whatever else. No weps or armour though.

A robe is naked unless it is enchanted with shield. Then it's like armor you don't need to repair!

Actually I have a mod so I can wear my robe over my armor....something that should have been there in the first place. Though there are clipping issues....so I guess I can see why they didn't.

But it really kicks ass being able to wear my robes over my armor.

That is another mod I was eventually going to make. Similar to Morrowind.

I assumed there would be clipping issues, thats to be expected. Got a name for the mod? I'd like to download it.

I tried refinding the one I Had virus, but with no luck. It is called "Robe over armour". I use version 0.91 because 0.92 some don't work. But the ones I found were not made by the same guy. And when I do a google search for the name of my guy there is nothing releated to oblivion so im guessing he put his own credits on it.

I'd just google, "Robe over armour" Oblivion
