The only thing I can really think of is how the crowbar leaves bullet holes when it hits things. Not a big deal, but annoying enough.

The only thing that has annoyed me is the fact that the gun ships take 4 rockets to destroy when i can only carry 3 i think they should die in 2!

Things jumping in you face, like the crabs and saw buzzer flying guys. I do not like things jumping in my face in real life or in video games.
