Another system question

Alright im am going to try and put down all my system specs but tell me if im missing something cause im not positive on exactly you need to know.

p4 2.40Ghz
480mb ram
Advance Ac97 audio (just came with the computer)

Im getting a Radeon 9800 so tell me how you think it will run hl2 with a 9800 or if i need other stuff. I feel like im missing a lot of specs so tell me if i am.

The E3 demo's were run on a P4 2.8 GHz machine with a 9800 pro, and at 60 FPS. Your system should be comparable.

For all I know, Gabe and team have said 800Mhz and DX6 graphics card, and a recommended setting of 2Ghz (P4, or AMD equall) with a DX9 graphics card. Don't know about the RAM though, but I have little doubt that at least the recommended RAM is 512.

But that could change, offcourse.
