I am near the beginning of Anticitizen One. i have got to the square from the start and seen the rebels pull down the Screen, and then gone throught the gate that the combine open. I get to a raised path near a garden area that has "hoppers" in it. There is a rebel in front of me behind a fence, and a whole covered up in the floor i am standing on.

I can't seem to figure out how to go any further, if i drop down the hole, the hoppers explode, if i use the grav gun on them, the rebel tells me not to waste them, and i don't see a way to get over the fence.

Help?

(and it is probably incredibly obvious)

You dont need them at this part, though later on they are useful.
You can either pick em up with grav gun & throw them away (they explode on contact so be careful) or just pick em up and drop them.....this will turn them friendly - the lights on the hoppers are very important.....green means an Ally is nearby, yellow means they are armed, red means an Enemy is nearby and blue means its arming.

Ya- just toss the hoppers away and jump down the hole. That's pretty much a standard thing they say if you just pick them up and toss them. Just ignore your allies, they aren't that intelligent :)

Oh nad have fun on the next part. It's just getting good :sniper:
