antyhing to lose weight?

3 meals (not meals that make you feel bloated), no snacks and plenty of exercise is fine.
 
go running in the morning for 20 mins. start off running for one minute then walking for one etc. it's hard at first though it doesn't sound like much, but after about a week you won't want to stop, it feels great and you feel so healthy.
 
lots of water and exercise.
You can't lose fat by eating less, cause your metabolism will slow down.
 
this is a ridiculous thread. anything to lose weight? yeah, that's right. anything! eat healthily, do exercise. duh.
