Nobody knows, that's the problem. A quick search on the forums would have revealed this to you.

And I think Valve may be relucant to give another release date after the reaction when they missed the first one.

Currently the release date is to be confirmed but there has been quite a lot of indications that it will appear this year for definite and Valve have hinted at a Summer release.

I think this thread has served its purpose now.
