Any servers running that allow npc spawning?

does anyone know of any such servers. I ran into one but it ended up crashing and i couldn't get the name of it

hmmm... Try "Do The Boogie"... Its a small dutch server. But first ask the admin, and if I'm there you'll get a good shot to use npcs.
