has anyone else got problems with that strider mod that quartz made?

im having trouble cos whenever i try to use the contol computer thingy, nothing happens


at all.....

anyone else experienced thus? if so how did u fix it?

i have it as well, the console says something like npc_strider has no node or something, level works and everything, just cant control the strider like this guy. the Strider mod is in my Halflife2 folder.

Did you start it up with the "-game stridermod" command line? If not, then you should have read the readme.

dude just fixed it, make a hl2 shortcut on ur desktop and type " - game stridermod -console" and it should work, to be honest its not that much fun though as u cant skewer the enemy.

Well, the mod isn't really meant to be spectacular, but for future mod purposes, it's great! Also, he's working on a newer version that can be used on other maps and has that singularity cannon.
