So updated to avast 6 and it asked if I'd like to install a browser plugin, usually I say no to that kind of crap but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt as avast as been a pleasure to use compared to other antivirus programmes that I've had and something that will warn me before going to a virus infested site seems like a good idea.
For the most part it seems to just be a website rating system. You rate a website and then click on a bunch of items showing what it contains (such as news/blog or PORNOGRAPHY :O). At the moment every website (except facebook) shows up as "good based on a small number of votes" due to no one using it yet.
So is anyone using this or has any thoughts on this or these sorts of plug-ins in general?
