My dad just deleted my Morrowind folder.
Sadly, I didn't backup any of my save files, and so I just lost my rediculously awesome Redguard. ;(

He was level 47 with most stats maxed and almost all skills in the 50-70s range(80-100 for the primary)
I had a house(store actually) in Belmora that I kept all of my loot. I had at least 400,000 worth of just weapons alone. Lots of Deadric swords and other awesome items.
On my guy I had Boots of Blinding Speed, Shirt of Might(custom with 23 to strength), Ring of GodStrength(another embuned with 46 strength), exquisite pants, a unique ring with 20% resist almost everything, Daedric Greaves, the unique dragon curiass, Heartime Amulet, Ebony pauldrons and gauntlets, Mask of Clavius Vile(everyone I talked to loved me:D), and I carried with me a glass jinkblade and Daedric Dia-Katana(which I was still waiting to enchant).

I could take out everything in 2-3 hits. Golden Saints spawned just for my killing pleasure...and the constant effect enchant.

Yet with all this goodness I had so much more to find and places to explore. That, and I had only gotten half way through the main storyline.

I feel so stupid for not having saved everything. Now I don't think I'll even install the game again because I had spent a ton of time on my guy and I really don't want to do it again. D:

So yeah, I'm really saddened right now. I think I'll go mow the lawn or something.

;(

Yeah, I hear ya. I'm not playing Oblivion right now because my friend quicksaved over my account. So I punched him.

Tis why more people should click the link in my sig.

Is it not in the Recycle Bin? Try one of those file recovery programs, might be worth a shot...

If he deleted it check your recycle bin?
If he uninstalled... then unlucky :(

i think there is a programme ( i didn't remmeber its name ) but it recover the uninstalled programes,

I'll post pics of my guy when I get back next week.
Going out of town for the weekend, and on a somewhat happier note. :)

Isn't Morrowind a different game than Oblivion... Elder Scrolls 3 is Morrowind... 4 is Oblivion. Right?

Then why does the thread sound like everyone is talking about Oblivion?

CONFUSING!

Correct.

Uhhh....it's called system restore.

Start>Programs>Accessories>system tools>system restore, it should work anyway.

But that doesn't answer my question, why does it sound like everyone in this thread is talking about Oblivion? And that one guy even responded to the threadstarter, who is talking about Morrowind, yet he replied with stuff about his character in Oblivion. Wtf? :rolling:

I hope you're joking, it's a game...

Its not like its a mmorpg. Who cares if you lost that stuff? Thats what is great... you start over, and you do it again.
