I was just thinking of the half life episode 3 seting,cause it wasnt that well done.I mean ep1 had a great ending,the trainwreck,but this one ended with Eli dead and Alyx crying!Whats gona hapend at the start of ep3?! I dont think she will just say "Ok,Dad is Dead,lits get in that chopper" or something like "You go on without me Gordon,good luck"
Thats why i didnt like that very much

Many potential things, including another rogue GLaDOS copy, equipment to teleport large substances like the Borealis itself, some sort of ultra-advanced weaponry, or maybe even the tools needed to generate another Resonance Cascade or other related event.
