BF2 Compatible with 7800GTX?

I don't know why it wouldn't be incompatible, but I was reading somewhere that listed the supported graphics cards, and the 7800GTX wasn't on there...

Oh, and I had another question..Would you say BF2 has a lot of people who actually want to work as a team to complete the objective, and not a CS Source "realistic team-deathmatch" kind of thing..I'm hoping its not going to be like CS where there are lots of people that get mad at you for doing something miniscule..

it really depends on what server you land up on...there are a lot of people that actually want to achieve victory, and others that just TK for the whole round. i have found a bunch of serious players throughout my time with BF2, like if you play with the guys from here you will definatly find a good time

yeah it does although they can be rare...
a 64 or 32 man server will at least usually have a squad on each team that do teamwork although fewer people use VoIP anymore
there's a good lot of people here who play - me, evo, unfocused, shakermaker, jimbo118 and a few others play european servers
get xfire and add their user names
if you're a serious player who team works add me

I have the 7800gt (I wish I had money to throw around to buy a gtx ...2 of them would be even more awesome-er ) and it works great on bf2

I had an x800 pro before I built my own (One of those CyberCrap PCs I bought but returned had it..) and it was a pretty good video card

it ran fine at medium settings on my 9800pro ..to tell you the truth there isnt that much of a visual difference between the 9800 pro and the 7800gt ..sure it's noticeable but I guess bf2 doesnt scale upwards all that well cuz even at max settings it doesnt look taht much prettier than on a 9800pro ..CoD2 is another story altogether ..it looked simply stunning on the 7800gt in comparison to the 9800. And Hl2 lost coast too ..best visuals ever. The water looked like I could drink it

I've been playing this morning and it looks pretty sweet, but I think I'll have to lower some of the options to get some better FPS...It gets pretty laggy during tank fights...
